Hollah agency withdraw and weekly settlement
Coins become dollars, dollars land in your wallet. Here is exactly how the Hollah weekly settlement works, when money moves, and which payout methods we support.
The weekly payout cycle
Weekly settlement period
Every settlement cycle runs Monday to Sunday (IST). All coins earned in that week are totalled at the end of Sunday.
Coins converted to USD
Coins are converted at the official platform rate (100 coins = $0.012). Platform deductions and penalties, if any, are applied here.
Monday transfer to agency wallet
Host income is transferred to the agency account around 09:30 on Monday (IST). The agency can then withdraw for the whole team.
Agency pays hosts
Hollah Live Agency forwards each host's balance the same day — USDT (TRC20), bank transfer, bKash / Nagad or your local e-wallet.
Supported payout methods
- USDT (TRC20) crypto wallet
- Bank transfer (local currency)
- bKash / Nagad / Rocket (Bangladesh)
- UPI / Paytm (India)
- Payoneer or Wise
- Other local e-wallets on request
No hidden agency fee is deducted from your host income. Transfer network fees (if any) are shown before payout.
Common withdrawal questions
When exactly do I get paid? Every Monday, after the platform releases the previous week's settlement to the agency wallet.
Is there a minimum withdrawal? No fixed minimum for hosts — even a small first-week balance is paid out.
Why is my amount lower than expected? Penalties for missed interviews, policy violations or cancelled calls are deducted at settlement. See the Hollah rules & policies.
How do I check my balance? Open the Hollah app wallet, or the Hollah agency dashboard if you run an agency.
Weekly settlement timeline (IST)
Hollah settles on a Monday-to-Sunday cycle. Knowing the exact clock helps you plan payouts for your hosts.
| When | What happens |
|---|---|
| Monday 00:00 (IST) | A new earning week starts. Coins from calls, gifts and tasks accumulate live. |
| Sunday 23:59 (IST) | The week closes. No more coins count toward this settlement. |
| Monday 09:30 (IST) | The platform transfers the whole week's anchor income into the agency wallet. |
| Monday (same day) | The agency withdraws and pays each host through their chosen payout method. |
| 24–48 hours later | Bank transfers and local wallets land; USDT usually arrives within minutes. |
What can reduce your payout
Keep a clean record and your weekly amount equals exactly what the wallet shows. Full deduction list on the rules & policies page.
Before your first withdrawal — checklist
- ✓Your Hollah UID is registered with Gmail, not fast login.
- ✓Your account is bound to Hollah Live Agency through our invite link.
- ✓Your payout details (wallet address, bKash/UPI number or bank account) are sent to your onboarding manager.
- ✓The name on the payout account matches your registration details.
- ✓You have completed at least one full settlement week (Monday–Sunday).
Understanding the Hollah payout system
The Hollah withdrawal system is built around a fixed weekly rhythm rather than on-demand cashouts, and understanding that rhythm removes almost every question new hosts have about their money. Coins earned from calls, party rooms, gifts and tasks accumulate inside your host wallet in real time, so you can always see what you have produced. What you cannot do is pull that balance out mid-week: the platform closes the earning week on Sunday night (IST), calculates the final figure including any deductions, and transfers the agency's entire host income into the agency wallet around 09:30 on Monday morning.
From that moment the money is in human hands rather than platform hands, which is exactly why choosing the right agency matters. A serious agency pays out on the same Monday, using the payout method the host prefers — USDT on TRC20 for speed, bank transfer for larger amounts, or a local wallet such as bKash, Nagad, Rocket, UPI or Paytm for convenience. Hollah Live Agency does not deduct an internal agency fee from host income; the only amounts that can reduce your payout are platform-side penalties and the transfer fee charged by the network or bank you chose.
New hosts occasionally see a settled figure lower than the wallet number they remember, and the cause is nearly always one of a short list: missed or rejected calls while shown as online, cancelled calls, low pickup rate, a policy violation flagged during a call, or an account that was created with fast login instead of a Gmail-registered UID. All of these are visible and avoidable. Keeping a clean record for a full cycle is the simplest way to make your settlement match your expectation to the cent.
Before your first payout, send your payout details to your onboarding manager and make sure the account name matches your registration details — mismatched names are the most common reason a bank or wallet transfer is delayed. After the first successful cycle the process becomes automatic: earn Monday to Sunday, get paid the following Monday, every week.
