5 steps inside the agency dashboard
Open the agency dashboard
Go to the official Hollah / Parau agency portal and sign in with the agency username and password you created at registration.
Go to the Home page
The Home tab shows your agency invite link. Every host who downloads and registers through that link joins your agency automatically.
Share the host invite link
Send the link on WhatsApp, Telegram, Instagram or Facebook. Remind hosts not to use fast login — they must register with Gmail to get a valid UID.
Invite sub-agencies
Copy the sub-agency link to recruit other agency owners under you and earn extra commission on their team income.
Track income & withdraw
Check daily coin totals per host, then withdraw the weekly settlement every Monday from the wallet tab.
Forgot your agency password?
Password resets are handled by the platform's agency support. Message us on WhatsApp with your agency name and UID and we will raise the reset request for you.

Get your invite link and share it with hosts
The invite link is how the platform knows a host belongs to your agency. Every host who downloads Hollah from your link is bound to you automatically.

- 3Copy the link and share it on WhatsApp, Telegram, Facebook or Instagram. Anyone who installs the app from it registers under your agency.

Login problems and quick fixes
“Account does not exist” — you are probably using your Hollah app UID instead of the agency username you created during registration.
Verification code never arrives — the code is sent to WhatsApp, not SMS. Check that the country code you selected matches your number.
Dashboard shows no hosts — hosts must install the app from your invite link and register with Gmail. Fast-login accounts cannot be bound afterwards.
Wallet balance is zero on Monday — settlement lands around 09:30 IST. If it is still empty after that, message us with your agency ID.
How the Hollah agency dashboard works
The agency dashboard is the control room of a Hollah agency, and everything a serious agency owner does happens there. It is a separate account from your Hollah app profile: your app profile has a UID and is used for chatting, while the agency account has a username and password you created during agency registration and is used for recruiting, tracking and withdrawing. Mixing the two up is the single most common reason owners think their login is broken on the first day.
Once inside, the Home page is where your business begins. It carries your personal host invite link and your sub-agency link. Any host who installs the Hollah app through your host link is automatically bound to your agency on the platform backend — no manual approval, no support ticket, no waiting. The sub-agency link works the same way for other agency owners, and adds a second commission layer on top of your direct host income. Both links are permanent, so it is worth pinning them in your WhatsApp status, Telegram channel and social bios rather than resharing them one by one.
The host list and statistics pages turn recruitment into management. You can see each host's UID, their status, how many hours they were online and how many coins they produced day by day. This is where you spot the host who is online but not answering calls, the host whose income suddenly drops, and the newcomer who deserves extra coaching in their first week — the period when platform traffic is highest and long-term habits are formed.
Finally, the wallet section is where the weekly settlement lands every Monday morning around 09:30 IST. From there you request withdrawal and distribute payouts to your hosts. If a login, verification code or settlement question ever blocks you, message us with your agency name and UID and we will raise it directly with platform support instead of leaving you to wait.
