Download the Hollah app and get your UID
Install the Hollah live video chat app the right way, register with Gmail instead of fast login, and copy the UID that binds your account to Hollah Live Agency.
Register as a Hollah 1v1 video chat host under our agency.
Open your own Hollah agency and recruit hosts.
Install & UID setup in 5 steps
Download the Hollah app
Use the official download link from your agency. Pick the 64-bit build if your phone supports it; otherwise install the standard version.
Install and allow permissions
Allow camera, microphone and storage permissions — 1v1 video calls will not connect without them.
Register with Gmail
Sign up using your Gmail account. Do NOT use fast login: fast-login accounts cannot be bound to an agency later.
Copy your Hollah UID
Open your profile inside the app and copy the UID number. You need it for host or agency registration.
Join through the invite link
Return to our registration link, paste your UID and finish binding your account to Hollah Live Agency.
Installed the wrong version?
If the app crashes on launch, your phone likely needs the other architecture build. Uninstall it, then install the alternate 32-bit or 64-bit package and log in again with the same Gmail — your UID stays the same.
Next: host registration, interview & profile guide, how much you can earn.
32-bit or 64-bit — which build do you need?
| Your phone | Download | If it fails |
|---|---|---|
| Most Android phones from 2019 onward | 64-bit build | Install the standard build instead |
| Older or budget Android devices | Standard (32-bit) build | Try the 64-bit build |
| App installs but crashes at launch | Wrong architecture | Uninstall, install the other build, log in with the same Gmail |
| iPhone / iOS | Use the official iOS link from our team | Message us on WhatsApp for the current link |
Gmail registration vs fast login
This one choice decides whether your account can be bound to an agency and paid weekly. Always register with Gmail.
- Permanent UID you can bind to the agency
- Account recoverable on a new phone
- Eligible for host income and weekly payout
- Required for agency and sub-agency registration
- Temporary guest UID that cannot be bound later
- Account lost if you clear data or change phone
- No agency commission and no settlement
- You would have to start over with a new account
Install troubleshooting
“Install blocked” warning — allow installs from unknown sources for your browser in Android settings, then tap the APK again.
Camera or microphone not working — open Settings → Apps → Hollah → Permissions and enable camera, microphone and storage.
Cannot find your UID — open the app, tap your profile picture; the UID number is shown under your nickname. Long-press to copy it.
Calls drop constantly — use Wi-Fi or a 4G/5G connection with good signal; the interview and 1v1 calls both need a stable upload speed.
Installing Hollah correctly the first time
Almost every serious problem a new Hollah user runs into can be traced back to the first five minutes of installation, which is why this page is worth reading before you tap download. The two decisions that matter are which build you install and how you create your account. Installing the wrong architecture build simply means the app crashes at launch and you reinstall the other one — annoying but harmless. Creating your account with fast login instead of Gmail is not harmless: it produces a temporary guest UID that cannot be bound to an agency afterwards, cannot be recovered on a new phone, and cannot receive host income or weekly settlement.
Your UID is the identity number that connects everything together. It links your app profile to Hollah Live Agency, it appears in the agency dashboard host list, and it is the reference used whenever support checks your income or a settlement question. You will find it under your nickname on your profile screen inside the app; long-press to copy it and keep it saved somewhere, because you will need it during host registration, agency registration and every support conversation.
Permissions are the second thing to get right. Hollah needs camera, microphone and storage access to run 1v1 video calls, complete the verification interview and upload album photos. If Android blocked any of these during install, the interview call will fail even though your internet is fine. Open Settings, find the app, and enable all three before your first call. A stable Wi-Fi or strong 4G/5G connection matters just as much — the interview is a live video call, and repeated drops count against you.
Once the app is installed, your UID is copied and permissions are granted, you are two minutes away from being a registered host: submit the UID through our invite link, complete the short interview, and start earning on the current settlement week.
