Your tier is decided weekly by the combined earning of your direct hostesses + all sub-agencies for the previous week.

Agent A runs a team with 3 sub-agencies (B, C, D) plus their own direct hostesses. A's own tier is 20%. Each sub-agency has a lower tier. A earns the difference between their % and the sub-agency's %.
